Support3rdid.com is a support site that was created for family and friends of the 3rd ID from Ft. Stewart and Ft Benning, GA, when they were first deployed. Our site has grown and evolved over the years. We welcome anyone who has a family member or friend in any of the U.S. Armed Forces who needs support and help from others going through the same thing.

Please note that this is a safe haven for our members. We try to keep it as drama free as possible and we do not tolerate trouble makers on this site. We observe OpSec as diligently as possible and posts are edited when needed in order to comply.

This site is here for support, questions, venting, ranting, sharing funny things, making someone laugh on a horrible day, or lending a needed shoulder. What is discussed on this site remains on this site. Copying any information from this site and posting it somewhere else is strictly prohibited unless you have permission from the person who posted it. Using any information found on this site against the person who posted it is also strictly prohibited. If you have concerns, please send me a private message with your concerns.

Anyone who the administrators feel is not behaving appropriately will be promptly removed from the site with no warning. There is zero tolerance for backstabbing/tattle telling/troublemaking on this site. We are about supporting each other.


To be able to use this site, you will need to register a username.

To register, click Register at the top and fill in the information. Once you click Submit, you will be sent an email with an activation link in it. You will need to click that activation link in the email. (If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.) This will put your username in the approval queue. Once an admin has approved or disapproved, you will receive an email advising you of what action was taken.

If you are approved, you will then have access to the site and be able to read and post to the forums. Until you are approved, you will only be able to see the Public forum.
